    Same thing as the coffee pot, it's beautiful to look at but that's about it. I've used it 4 times and all 4 times it smells like something is burning, also the cord is super short. I have to pick it up and move it closer to the outlet everytime I want to use it.

    Everything gets stuck when the toasting sequence is finished. With Bagels...forget it...need special tools to get them out safely...and I am referring to every time my wife and I use this awful item. I would never buy this again.
