Lousy Toaster

With Bagels...forget it...need special tools to get them out safely...and I am referring to every time my wife and I use this awful item. I would never buy this again.

I have to flip the bread for a short while and then babysit it so it doesn’t burn. I would recommend finding a different toaster or maybe I just got a bad order machine.
