Looks great: stop

First toast it burned on #3 setting. #1 setting barely toasted. Higher back to #3 now and barely done. If your bread is anything except white or light wheat bread it won’t pop up. The spring is so weak that a dense 9 grain wheat bread won’t come out when the timer expires. You have to manually lift the lever to get the bread out. Most toasters today chime when the toaster is done. This one doesn’t. All show and no go! Big disappointment. No wonder it was on sale for a great deal. Don’t buy or you will be completely disappointed!

Watch out! Small bread only

We eat sourdough bread and the long slices don’t fit in this toaster too well To add to that, toasting is uneven. Looks cool though. Don’t buy unless you have simple needs for thinly sliced room temperature, not frozen, bread; and bread only.
