It does overcook easily if not monitored. I have yet to set it more than level 3 an even at level to it will over toast. So, be watchful until you get use to how it works.

Product on the other hand felt a little filmsy and the handle double stay down and keeps popping up. Bagels and muffins gets stucked in the slots.

Okay toaster for what it is.

Seems hard to clean and the "holders" that raise and lower tend to let smaller breads and biscuits fall to the side causing difficulty. If we hadn't purchased on sale, we would have returned.
