This toaster literally sparked and died the minute I plugged it in. Very cheap

I haven't used my toaster too often but I love it.

I gifted this to my sister, and she is happy with the product, but has a minor complain about the toasting. Apparently, it doesn't toast the bread evenly at both sides, and also sometimes bread gets caught on the sides.

This toaster is the best. Easy to clean and looks great after many uses in a days time.

Does what I brought it for. No problems, doesn't burn.

This seems to be a hit or miss. Sometimes my bread is great sometimes it’s over cooked. Changed the settings and cleaned it out several times. 7/10 your bread will be at the setting requested

The toaster is great other than the handle sticks out further than expected. When i looked at the pictures before i purchased it didn't show a side view. Not a big deal, kids have ease in using it.

Buyers be aware !! I received a unit with "new black finish" instead of the one showing on best buy website. Ita glossy and cheap looking. Fingerprint magnet too. Bring the brushed finish back!

Over burn one site. Cannot adjust so cannot use. Will return.

This is the first toaster Iv purchased , that there is no way to clean it out. Most toasters open on the bottom. This was pricey and a fire hazard. DO NOT BUY

Have been using this toaster for awhile now. i bought it on a Consumer Reports recommendation. i would describe it as average and the width of the "slice holder" is too small for my taste.

Right out of the box it has uneven toasting. I've dialed in the setting that seems to work best, and which slot works best, but it is not even on both sides of the bread.

You get what you pay for. Used 10 times at the most and it has already malfunctioned. I have to push the bread down into the toaster.

It does toast but too well. Anything that is not very thick will burn on 2 or above. Works good for bagels and gluten free bread.

Even at setting of 1 , it burns my bread and i have manually eject it to prevent my whole kitchen burning. Horrible product..

Rye bread does not fit in this toaster. And if you put your level on any more than 1 1/2 you will have burnt toast. Toaster looks great though.

Broken knob, couldn't replace at store. Bought replacement at different store.
