I read the reviews and hoped for the best since the toaster was on sale for $19.95. The reviews are accurate, uneven toasting or toasting one side only. There is a bagel selection that does toast one side. that is not the problem I have it set correctly. You never know how toast, waffles etc. are going to come out. Do not buy. I kept it since it's a $20.00 throw away. It's functioning just well enough to not throw away....YET.

Tired of struggling with a cheap toaster, I decided to open the wallet a little further and get a quality piece of equipment. This is NOT it. We've had it less than 2 months and it works more poorly than the Black & Decker model it replaced. One side come out toasted, the other side pale. Flip the bread over and one side or the other burns. Very upset that Best Buy calls this non-returnable, so certainly the last time I'll get something like this from them. I like the different settings on the toaster. The only thing I dislike is that it does not pop up all the way.

The toaster worked well for about a year, then the heating elements faded during use. We had to move the slide far to the right to get a satisfactory result, but of course everything takes a lot longer to toast. Looking for a new one, not this brand.

Big bulky product. I paid $20. Looks like pro feels like dollar general product!

Such a nice and pretty toaster! Feels a little cheap but gets the job done!

I have never had a brand new toaster that browns heavily on the outer side of each slot & barely at all on the inner side. I have to remain nearby while making toast, estimate how dark one side of the bread has been toasted & then pop out the toast & reverse each slice. Waste of time & electricity. My intention had been to buy a toaster that would be a step up from all the cheap models at Walmart. This is certainly not a step up.

it works ok, Not very well built but what is now days.

This toaster does not easily engage, that is, one has to forcibly push down the button. Also, it doesn't toast consistently each time requiring the darkness to constantly be repositioned. It looks like it should be better, but it's just crap.

looks great. i just wish it toasted as well. uneven toasting, both slots. toasts darker on one side of bread then the other. for the price i paid, i'm not impressed with this brand. it had good rerviews . does'nt live up to its review!

Very pretty toaster, unfortunately ours only works part of the time by which I mean when you push down the lever it only stays down once in awhile very difficult to keep it locked in place, hopefully I can return it.

It’s a little difficult to get the temperature consistent, especially if making multiple pieces of toast. It seems to cook more towards the bottom where the elements are hotter I’m guessing. A slight adjustment can wind you up with burnt toast and then when you put in subsequent pieces they burn if you don’t turn the temperature down first. I pay $49 and I feel like this was a bad purchase. I probably could’ve got a $12 toaster to do better but this one looked cool.

The toaster has been easy to use for the whole family.

I was super excited about this products and had high hopes for this. Unfortunately, I was let down. It burns everything no matter the setting. You get a decent result when you put it below 1, so at 0 is where you get unburnt toast.

only had a few weeks, but often burns around crust

Purchased June 10th, 2020. I never thought it worked right but others in my house thought it was ok. The toast never "popped" up when finished, you would have to dig it out. Now I can't even get it to latch down to start the toasting process. On Sept 18th, 2020 I sent an email to Bella along with a copy of my receipt and as of Oct 9th, 2020 I haven't heard back. I have tried calling their support phone number too but after you select the English option it goes straight to dead air.

No. Sides are hot. Toasts unevenly. The right slot toasts more then the left slot. The right side of the left slot toasts more then the left. Hard to get at crumb tray. I have bought 3 in the past month. This one at least works?

Disappointed that most functions did not work well. Bread is not toasted evenly, bagel feature doesn't work properly, settings are touchy in that same setting might undercook bread one time and burn it another.
