We read many positive reviews on this model and it even had the setting for gluten free bread. Unfortunately, only one side of the bread would brown. We tried different settings to no avail.

Toaster looks better online than in person. Bottom doesn’t open to release misc food, so you have to shake it upside down. Takes a bit to toast. Would not buy again

Does not toast the same on both sides. Spend a little more money and get a better one

On setting 1 it toasts perfect on one side and barely on the other. I tried running it empty on high a few cycles. No change. I usually do not spend so much on a toaster and thought the functionality was a given (I mean it’s 2020 and this is a TOASTER)! I have a huge pet peeve for returning items so we’re stuck with it. Next time, I’m going back to the cheapy ones.

Heating scale goes 1 through 6. Set the scale to more than 1.5 and the bread turns totally black with black smoke is coming out of the toaster.

Worked well while it worked. 5 months later it stopped working. The lever won't stay down.

This toaster looks nicer than it toasts. Does not toast evenly or consistently but light to dark moves easily when toaster is bumped or repositioned on counter

The levels are very touchy. Level 1 for toast is practically a 3 or 4 compared to our old toaster. Gets crisp very quickly and burnt quickly too.

The Bella Pro Series toaster is really easy to use, and it looks great ! The 2 slice toaster is perfect and the toast comes out just right.

90% of use is to toast bread. Go above setting 1 and it will burn. This significantly limits options like lightly toasted bread.

Wouldn’t toast evenly on both sides, had to pop everything mid toast and flip them. Retuned and changed brands.

Not good it broke after 6 months, but will give another try

I bought this toaster for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. First time she used it the cancel button broke. She liked the look of it so returned it and bought another on, thinking it was just a fluke. My mistake. The second one had the same problem. Cancel button doesn’t work and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Don’t recommend

Did not toast evenly. The toast would not pop up high enough to get it out without burning your fingers

i bought the warranty. after 9 days of positive results, it started burning all my food. i returned it.

It did not toast evenly at all, so we returned it.

Does not toast evenly... one side light and one side dark.. also uneven toasting top to bottom..

Does not toast evenly at all. I like the cancel button, which pops the toast up mid cycle.

Not happy - the product did not work right out of the box. It would not latch - if you held it down it would heat, but there was nothing we could do to get it to latch and stay to heat anything. I am pretty unhappy with the review I read which rated this product highly - it is not built well, and clearly not quality checked.
