Sometimes one side of toast is over done and the opposite side is not toasted at all

Purchased because of the price & it looked nice. It was replacing my walmart generic cheap toaster I had for many years. As of yesterday the handle wouldn't stay down. I can inconveniently hold it down myself & stand there forever but that defeats the purpose. Poor quality to say the least.

Very inconsistent toasting. I tried it several times but in the end I had to return it.

Bought this Black Friday. It sure looks nice but after a couple of months of light use the inner coils stopped toasting. After that the outer coils became weak. Have to turn it up all the way just to toast one side in the morning.

not happy with it, english muffins, you can't get them out.

Ordered this online & picked up curbside. Once I got home, I saw that the temperature dial was broken. It’s a very sensitive dial, not very well designed. Had to return & purchase a different toaster from another store.

I purchased this particular model toaster due to the rating it had from Consumer Reports. However, after trying it several times, I returned it. The bagel setting toasted BOTH sides of the bagel. The control for the darkness of the toast, waffle or the bagel, was toasting almost burnt on the lowest setting.

Returned item. Would make toast one time; then would not allow making another until unit had completely cooled down - 10-15 minutes later. Very atypical experience for shopping at Best Buy. Have been very pleased with other products purchased there.

We have dogs who know the sound of the toaster but this one barely makes a sound so if not in close proximity you would t know your toast was done. Also we either have to run it through 2x on low control or burns on the next one up.

Even on low settings, this toaster burns toast. It's attractive but not worth what I paid for it. Will be returning it.

Didn’t toast evenly, darkness setting button was flimsy

Bought this toaster because of the variable settings. It started only toasting one side of the bread like it was stuck in BAGEL mode after about a month.Went out and bought a better toaster.

TOASTER WAS WITHOUT A CRUMB CATCHER TRAY. DOES NOT TOAST EVENLY, DEPTH AND WIDTH SHALLOW.

We bought on two occasions and both times, the toaster broke. Very disappointed.

Bought on sale deal of the day, but not recommended. It does toast ok but never pops up on its on, what good is that if you have to keep watching it. Look elsewhere for a better toaster.

This toaster is sexy. It looks great with my other stainless steel appliances. It does a perfect job of toasting and the wide slots are great for bagels. It has all the right settings.

Highly reviewed and recommended by Consumer Reports. Don't believe. The toast burns very unevenly. But I bought it for toasting English muffins. Awful, You can get much better for much less.

Horrible toaster. After the first few days it broke. I had to file a warranty with the manufacturer. Horrible customer service but finally they return the amount.

I ignored a handful of negative reviews and sure enough this very low quality product broke within a week of medium use.

Only worked for a few months. Stopped working. Lever to keep the bread/bagels in place doesn’t work anymore. Did not expect this from Bella.
