Best toaster I have had. Don't usually spend $50 on a toaster, though, but if it lasts for years will be worth it since it toasts so evenly.

We selected this toaster because it was a consumer reports "Best Buy" and were very satisfied with the product. It is FAR superior to the previous one we were replacing even when that one was new. The wires are closer together so the toasting is more uniform on both sides of the bread/Bagel, it is attractive, and when coupled with the sales price from Best Buy and the quick shipping, I could not recommend this more highly.

Tired of your toast not being toasted? Look no further. This toaster is great. It does have a tendency to get a little hotter than it should, but that's an easy adjustment. I love this. Super fast and super easy my puppy could use it.

Toasts evenly on both sides. I like the cancel button to stop toasting. Love my bagels and the extra wide slots accommodate the biggest. And there’s a button just for bagels and it works great.

It gets a B minus —maybe C plus. My previous toaster was much better. Sometime the toaster lever won’t stay down. Slightly difficult to accurately set the level of toaster. Defrost isn’t bad. It’s very easy to use and clean. I would only buy it if it was on sale.

This was the perfect choice for me because it can handle a bagel and the price was great.

I had been looking for a wide slot toaster to use for bagels over the holidays. This arrived 2 days ago and is better than I had even hoped. It is very attractive, looks great on the counter and the lighted cancel button is really helpful. I have used it 4 times to toast bagels and twice for toast and have found it toasts evenly for both the bagels and bread. I am very happy with this.

Overall okay. The lever is somewhat flimsy (not sure how long it will last) and toast does not come out even on both sides.

another toaster that toasts on one side. you get what you pay for

For regular toast, it works fine. But the bagel setting does not work the way I expect a bagel setting to work - it's supposed to toast only one side of the bagel. I've had two other toasters with bagel settings, and that's what they did. This one does not. The split side of the bagel comes out toasted but the top and bottom come out burned. There doesn't seem to be any difference that I can see between the bagel setting and the regular setting. I held on to it long enough that I can't return it. I thought I could put up with it. I can't.
