this toaster temperature gauge is really off, I set it on medium for first toast and it almost burned it. I have learned to set on very low number to prevent this

Purchased this toaster to replace one that, after years and years of service, finally stopped working. Unlike that toaster this Bella Pro Series Toaster broke after four, yes four uses! The lever that you push down no longer engages rendering the toaster useless. Truly, this toaster deserves a -10 for quality.

This toaster seems to have all these great features but this is the second one we've had the first one stopped working within the first month though the one that we just got home for replacement lasted 2 days it won't turn on won't stay down

I love my little toaster. It has a setting for bagels and I like the cancel button instead of having to pop the ledge up.

I would have been better served to purchase a $5 toaster from a discount store. This toaster is so lightweight that it slides around when the handle is pressed down. Very inconsistent in the toasting.

We bought two of these based on Consumer Reports’ recommendation. Both cooked very unevenly, one side would be barely toasted while the other was almost black. I can’t imagine using any setting over 2, and the bagel setting seemed to have no effect at all. We returned them.

We tried three of these and none worked right, the first lasted a month and then would only burn the bread no matter where you put the selector. second one the flimsy plastic selector broke the first time used. i can't believe how flimsy that selector is. it should be a piece of metal. the third one wouldn't pop up after it finished toasting also doesn't evenly toast the bread, one side is just right and the other is barely toasted. this toaster looks great but is extremely poorly built. absolutely stay away from this toaster, especially for the $49 asking price. i paid $25 and thats way to much, maybe $10 at most if you can get one that works. would be a great product if they used higher quality parts. change the plastic selector to metal and use a better spring to pop the toast up. and reliable circuits to make even toasting. where is quality control? not only this brand but every brand lately is having the same kind of problems. is there a decent even toasting toaster made?

My family likes Pop-Tart toaster pastries. Even using due care, they can fall to the bottom of the toaster, past the tabs of the lifting mechanism, or worse yet, tilt under the horizontal centering wires touching the toasting element. And no, we're inserting them short end up (portrait orientation, not landscape). If they did burn into the element, the fire potential increases. We've never had this problem with other toasters. Not safe, poor design!

I've used this for the past 5 weeks or so after I bought it for $25 on sale. It just doesn't toast the bread evenly, one side is always darker than the other. And a couple times the bread hits the center and it takes a couple tries to free it. You would think a "$50" toaster could just work properly.

Bought this toaster July 2018 for the GF setting and great sale price. Worked great until last week when the lever would not stay down. Cleaned out crumbs, still nothing. Still heats up if the lever is held down. Took many tries calling Sensio/Bella Housewares - put on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected each time. Eventually got through to a person. Sent documentation via email, was told refund check would be sent in 4-6 weeks. Of course I won't be able to buy a new Bella at the sale price so i will get another brand.

From the very first use, this toaster didn't work properly. It burnt food on the lowest setting, because it did not pop up without me having to cancel it myself. I later learned that it would stop on its own if only one slot was filled, but not if both were, but that didn't last. Within less than a week of use the lever wouldn't stick down, so in order to toast anything, I have to stand there and manually hold down the lever the whole time. I ended up paying almost $40 after shipping for this garbage? What a ripoff.

Loved it but last week it shorted out like a light bulb. now only toasts in one side and not very well at that. very disappointed hoping i can return it.

had it 3 weeks went bad I called and they said bring it back for refund so I did I was told 14 days could not do nothing ..I will never buy nothing ever again from Best Buy ..NOT HAPPY

Once a day use and now the lever won’t go down and turn on toaster. Total waste on money and time.
