Toaster is working like a toaster should. It toasts. I like that it's simple, doesn't have too many features. My previous toaster lasted for 25 years. Let's hope this will as well. I've only had it for a month. I wish BestBuy where I purchased it would ask me a year from the purchase date instead of hounding me asap.

No more bagels getting stuck and having to use a knife or fork to get it out. Slots are extra wide. Would recommend.

Functional toaster, awesome!

It's good looking, well built, and functional. The reason I do not give it 5 stars is because it has the ability to turn your toast into coal with no warning. Also, I thought I broke the little lever it has to adjust the toast level because it has a swivel to the lever and it seems like it's broken, but I guess that's the design to not allow for accidental adjustments. Overall, I am satisfied with my toaster!
