Stainless steel finish gives it a premium look. Only negative is the toaster sometimes does not automatically pop up after toasting.

There is no perfect toaster

Like other reviews stated, it sometimes cooks one side more than the other but honestly it's not that big of a deal to me. Seems that really good toasters are now like a $100 or more which is ridiculous. I just bought the extended warranty for $5 in case it ever breaks or messes up.
