This is the second Bella Pro toaster that I've purchased. I had the last one a couple of years until the cord started smoking. I loved it so much that I just replaced it with another one. Unfortunately, after using it a few times, I noticed that it toast the bread unevenly. I have mine set on 3 and it now toasts one side dark and the other side is too light. So it's a hit and miss thing as with all toasters. TIP: Be careful when winding the cord around the bottom holder because the "arm" that holds the plug in place will scrap off the rubber, which could lead to it burn through like my old one did. Thankfully, I was standing and watching the unit when mine began smoking.

When I order this toaster I did not have a way to go get it. So I got my walker and got on the bus on the last day before they were going to put it back. I'm so glad I did . Everyone one talks about it that sees it and uses it. They say that toaster is so nice where you get it from. It is a very good toaster. You will like it and the price is right.

The Bella - Pro Series 2-Slice Extra-Wide-Slot Toaster has been a welcome addition to our kitchen. It has toasted everything from several kinds of bread, Pop Tarts & waffles very evenly. It is easy to operate and the Black Stainless Steel finish adds a nice touch to our counter. Bought on sale, this is a great value that you will not be disappointed in.

Even though this may not be a brand name toaster, it is able to take bagels and thick slices of bread and toast them very well. It was hard to do this with my past toaster.

A nice replacement for our aging toaster. Good value, with extra settings for sugary or gluten-free breads (which toast differently). Wide-mouth for bagels and thicker breads. Easy to clean. Only giving four stars because ours must stay below 2, out of five settings, or the bread burns. Might just be our unit.
