Good toaster, but maybe too powerful

My only downside and reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that the toaster's settings are pretty much pointless. Anything beyond 2 burns everything. If I toaste a piece of bread first time being used in the morning at 1, it comes out and its semi toasted, if I wanted more toasted I give it another round at 1 and by this time its okay, if I do the same thing to a second piece of bread since its been hot and used already now it burns the bread. Same things happens if I put it in 2 from the beginning. I basically keep it under 1 and monitor the bread as its being toasted to make sure it doesn't get burnt.

Stays cool to the touch, easy to change settings and it hugs the bread so the toast comes out straight (not curved or bent over). Great product. I would recommend this anyone who want a good toaster.

It toasts evenly and the slots are good size. You can raise the toast with the lever when it is done to remove it easily.
