It's a pretty solid toaster. Wish it had a defroster setting but other than that it works really well.

Toast evenly evertime. Bread and bagels are toasted evenly.

We needed a toaster for our new seasonal home in Arizona and this one popped up (pun intended) on the Deal of the Day. It's easy to use and has a setting for bagels. The size was right and so was the price. Nicely matches our other stainless steel appliances.

Out of the box this was a very good looking toaster, a very nice stainless black steel toaster... Operation is easy and it toasts very quickly on a lower setting perfectly... Happy with purchase so far...

Looks nice and decent wide slots. Has a little trouble toasting even but nothing that would be a deal breaker.

The look fo the toaster is nice and it is light weight and easy to handle. When we removed it from the packaging there were two or three stickers on the device. under the stickers was rust. I tried calling Best Buy numerous times and was never able to speak to anyone about making an exchange in person as I had ordered it on line. I eventually researched how to get rid of the rust and used a paste of water and baking soda and was able to get rid of lots of it. I would have rather had a non rusty item, but the need for it was greater than my ability to get to a store and hope for an exchange.

Works so far. Does great on bagels, just be careful how far up you crank the heat. Half way works great though.

Heats pretty well however the bagel function isn't ideal from what I can tell it still heats both sides

Impeccable timing on asking for a review. I wanted to return this a couple days ago and it had already gone past the return window by a week or so. I bought this on a "deal of the day" sale for a great discount. I think I paid $20- instead of $60. I gave it to my son as he had just moved into his own apartment. When visiting I asked "Hey- how's the new toaster?" He replied "Well, it burns every time..." No matter the setting, the toaster would cook until it burned. There is either a faulty timer or thermostat- if they even use one. I'm giving it back to him, and he can just hover over it until his toast looks right and then he can manually eject it. Over all, I'm pretty disappointed in this product. Thanks for asking...

Bought on deal of the day. Nice toaster. Looks good in the counter. Although I returned because it had a dent. But as soon as it’s on deal of the day again I will get myself a new one.

Got this toaster at a great price on one of them deals of the day sales, and its been great. I would absolutely buy it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new toaster.
