Works great and looks great. Be very careful the first time you use it. Anything over 2 makes toast look like charcoal.

Impeccable timing on asking for a review. I wanted to return this a couple days ago and it had already gone past the return window by a week or so. I bought this on a "deal of the day" sale for a great discount. I think I paid $20- instead of $60. I gave it to my son as he had just moved into his own apartment. When visiting I asked "Hey- how's the new toaster?" He replied "Well, it burns every time..." No matter the setting, the toaster would cook until it burned. There is either a faulty timer or thermostat- if they even use one. I'm giving it back to him, and he can just hover over it until his toast looks right and then he can manually eject it. Over all, I'm pretty disappointed in this product. Thanks for asking...

This toaster was highly recommended by Consumer Reports, and for good reason. It had most of the features that a small family needs. Toast, bagels, pastries, muffins, etc. Good, and easy controls to get the perfect shade of toasting. Nice size for the kitchen counter so as not to take up too much room. The cord can be set to come out of the side or the rear. The black stainless metal housing isn't hot to the touch, and it toasts everything pretty quickly. There is one feature that I would like that isn't on this model; It is sometimes difficult to hear the toast pop up, and there isn't any buzzer or bell to let you know it's done. Other than that, I really like this toaster, and the low price gives you a lot of value for the money.

Works great , got it during a daily sale and for the price it works like a charm. Also nice stainless steel finish makes it look premium. All in all a great little toaster.

Bought on deal of the day. Nice toaster. Looks good in the counter. Although I returned because it had a dent. But as soon as it’s on deal of the day again I will get myself a new one.

Just replaced an old Cusinart for this toaster. From the name "Pro" i was expecting a solid Toaster.It's very simple to use, nothing fancy but works perfectly. The best important feature for me was the easy way to take out the bread from the toaster with the high lever!

Nice toaster, wide slots, excellent color. Smells like plastic and chemicals the first 2x of use, but cranking out odor-free toast every day since. Great purchase for the price.

It's a pretty solid toaster. Wish it had a defroster setting but other than that it works really well.

It's a toaster. good value for the price, has been reliable. wide slots mean that you can toast a bagel without burning the face while barely singeing the back.

The toaster works well , used it @ work for mainly toasting bagels.

Looks nice and decent wide slots. Has a little trouble toasting even but nothing that would be a deal breaker.

Works so far. Does great on bagels, just be careful how far up you crank the heat. Half way works great though.

It is attractive, durable, shiny, and works fast. The packaging is in excellent condition.

Unlike so many toasters I've had in the past with which I would usually have to toast everything twice to get it to the level of crispness I desire, this one does the job with one time. I'm not sure about the advantage of the gluten-free feature, but since I eat gluten-free bread, I use it and it does a nice job. I had to laugh when the instructions made clear that using the gluten-free feature does not make food gluten-free. I guess they are covering their bases to avoid a frivolous lawsuit. :-)

This toaster is just what I was looking for. Does a great job with hot dog rolls.

Heats pretty well however the bagel function isn't ideal from what I can tell it still heats both sides

I bought this toaster because my old one was not working properly. What an investment! I love the design and the way it toasts my bread.

Read the reviews on here, and I swear others dont know how to work a toaster it seems. Pretty basic and simple to use. It'll darken and lighten your toast the way you want it.

It’s a nice toaster. I bought it to take on my travels. It’s compact to take anywhere. I have it with me if I want toast- waffles- bagel- muffins. It can handle anything.
