Good toaster for the price as it was on sale. You can't push the knob down too hard or it won't stay. It is nice looking toaster.

It's a toaster. When you plug it in and set the heat (light to burnt) and push the lever down, it toasts. Like magic!

This is an amazing toaster because it does simply what it needs to do. Before I go into any more detail, I want to give an important PSA. **PSA** "Gluten Free setting" This is pretty much what sets this toaster apart from many others, but most don't really know what it even does. Gluten free bread exists, and they are (typically) stored in a freezer. Therefore, using the GF option compensates for extra heat to thaw out the bread, before toasting it "evenly". It's way different than just selecting a higher temperature than usual, which will just burn the bread anyways. I use Gluten Free mode for all my bread, GF or regular, that I keep in the freezer which is awesome. ** With that said, this toaster is ridiculously fast at toasting bread, and I grew up using toaster ovens so I always had to wait 4 minutes for a "4" toast. This thing churns out "4" setting toast in a minute. Sometimes sooner. The heating elements work evenly. My favorite feature about this is the shell that does not become hot from use, which means I can grab it after eating toast and put it away under the counter.

The Bella Pro Series 2 Slice toaster is a very decent product. True to some of the other reviews, we keep it on a low setting son bread and bagels do not burn. Overall it does a decent job.
