Adjusting the unit to desired toast is difficulty so we finally hit a setting and leave it alone. It is not a unit to buy if you constantly changing its use bread, vs bagel, vs toaster pop tarts or waffles Good unit for price if you don’t mind a few burnt offerings learning to adjust it.
