Works well but Bagel setting does nothing

BestBuy made it too impossible to exchange this toaster for one that is fully functional, so I'll live with it.

Wide slots & even toasting.

It toasts evenly and has lots of options for those that need them, such as bagel, reheat, and gluten free settings.

Need a new toaster

The toaster setting works great. Note: level 2 is plenty for a bagel or piece of toast. I bought it with best buy deal of the day, which made it a greater purchase being on sale.

Toasts evenly and quickly and is very sleek and attractive. It feels like it was built well and so far I have not had any problems . I would buy again in a heartbeat.

I like that it can cancel the job with a button. It also has a tray that pulls out, so it is easy to clean. Everyday use for approx 8 months and it is still working well.

I haven’t had a regular toaster for years. Old toasters would pop up when done. This toaster doesn’t pop up. That’s why I only gave it 3 stars.
