works perfect, and very quiet too...great on bagles too

This is a great product. Only downside is gets really hot. I have set it at 2 and even than it sometimes burns the bread. I started with 3 but that was too hot. Havent tried setting it higher.

Looks good. However level 2 is the highest we can put toast or it burns. Ours also had some small rust spots on the back. Not easily seen and didn't affect the function so we avoided the hassle of returning during a pandemic.

Looks great (my opinion) but the household boss wanted all chrome

Moved into a new house and replaced a long Breville toaster due to age and we were going with black stainless appliances. Wish it had a “check” feature like the Breville but otherwise very happy with this toaster.

We bought this toaster to replace one we have had for about ten years. My wife loves it! It's attractive and fits in nicely with our kitchen. It was a deal of the day and couldn't beat the price of $19.99.

Toasts to perfection, looks great, and has an easy clean crumb tray on the bottom. I took a picture of it with the matching coffee maker after using it this morning and didn't clean it just to show how nice it looks even when not clean.

It does everything like it suppose to. Will buy again++++++

Bought this on sale. It foes a fine job. Its a toaster. I cant say much more.

Toasts toast pretty good. Like the design of the toaster, but it seems a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it burns toast even when using the same setting.

The product was delivered the same day! It was a pleasant surprise to find the Bella was so much faster than my old toaster. The toast was done evenly which was my purpose in purchasing a new one.

I love the design. The top has a slight indentation which catches any crumbs as you put the bread in. The crumb tray catches the rest of the crumbs. There are no crumbs on the counter. Finally.

Bought this at a good price and is the best looking toaster I have seen. But it burns everything! Even on the lowest setting the toaster burns my bread, pop tarts, and bagels. I always have to force it off by unplugging it since you can't just lift the handle nor does the cancel button work. Maybe I just have a defect, but either way I'm not satisfied and will just stick to other products Best Buy offers that are not kitchen related.
