The product was delivered the same day! It was a pleasant surprise to find the Bella was so much faster than my old toaster. The toast was done evenly which was my purpose in purchasing a new one.

Bought this at a good price and is the best looking toaster I have seen. But it burns everything! Even on the lowest setting the toaster burns my bread, pop tarts, and bagels. I always have to force it off by unplugging it since you can't just lift the handle nor does the cancel button work. Maybe I just have a defect, but either way I'm not satisfied and will just stick to other products Best Buy offers that are not kitchen related.

I love the design. The top has a slight indentation which catches any crumbs as you put the bread in. The crumb tray catches the rest of the crumbs. There are no crumbs on the counter. Finally.

There is always a use for bread toaster in our home as we are bread eaters specially for breakfast and afternoon snacks. This toaster, being new looks like something we will enjoy using for quite some time.

This is a 1000watt toaster, once you dial it in towards your preferences it toasts perfectly. I replaced a Kitchen AID toaster with this one and this one toasts much more even on both sides.

I have new granite with black in it and this black toaster really looks sharp on my cupboard. It toasts very evenly too which I like as my other one didn’t. Very pleased with my purchase!

I got this for my 96 year old mother because she was always complaining that other toasters didn't toast things right. She loves this toaster. It has nice wide slots and looks great.

Amazing! Never had a toaster like this one! Toasted my bagel and my bread just with the right amount of toastyness. It’s perfect because you can change the range you want it at.

It's a toaster, it heats bread, not very complicated. That being said, the quality is good. I got tired of buying cheap $10 "Supercenter" toasters, they don't last very long.

This is a great toaster. A bit pricy, but it is a good toaster overall. The slide that adjusts the toasting levels seems a bit fragile and it is difficult to move, but it toasts well. I love the color.

I had a crappy cheap toaster. This is beyond my expectations and very happy it was deal if the day. The color is almost a perfect match to my Samsung appliances which is very nice.

Its wide but not wide enough to toast a hotdog bun or hoagie. I just like ghe look but so far, it doesnot offer anything else with regards to function except the gluten free button that i dont really care for. I see a lot brands cheaper than this one.

LOOKS GREAT...TAKES MORE THAN ONE CYCLE TO GET IT NICE TOASTED BREAD ITEM. SET AT ONE THE LOWEST SETTING IT IS OVER TOASTED TO THE BURNT END. IF YOU ENJOY BLACKEN TOAST YOU WILL LOVE IT, I DON'T. NO TOASTER SHOULD BE BURNING TOAST AT LOWEST LEVEL AND IT ISN'T A COMPLETELY TOASTED ITEM AS WELL. IT HEATS HIGH AS BOTTOM OF MICROWAVE WILL BE TOO WARM, WHICH IS CONCERNING. PRO IS THE CANCEL BUTTON, WHICH WHEN BURNING SMELL ARISES I CANCEL. WAS RATED GOOD...? I GET THE LEMON?

I replaced my toaster over in favor of this sweet and simple little two slice toaster. It works well and takes up half the space of the oven. It has clean modern lines and fits into my kitchen very nicely.
