Putting the setting for toast on 2 almost burns the toast. It's so dark. We had to play with it by adjusting the lever between 1 and 2 to get the nice golden color. Scared to even try putting it on 3 or higher.

Buyer please beware! It seems like a very sad world when companies have to be sinister to make a sale.
