The toaster is nice looking, functional, and better than many other brands we looked at. The gluten free button gives toast the correct look and texture. We used this for last month or so and now its no longer lifting the toast up properly. Apparently the spring that lifts the toast elevator has become weak from the heat. It will not pop the toast up correctly as it did the first few weeks we used it. I can only assume a new one will do the same if we exchange it. Love it otherwise but we burn fingers pulling the toast out now.

Nice toaster! Wanted one that had a cancel button,which this one had! Did not want or need a four slice oaster,so this was perfect! Nice features and nice Daily Deal price!

Had to return. Cancel button would not work. When toast was done it wouldn’t release and kept toasting till burnt Looks nice, but….

Looks nice and all but the metal under the stickers is rusted. My wife and I scrubbed and scrubbed but the rust won't come off. Returning.

I bought this toaster on a deal of the day sale. It looked nice and though reviews were mixed I figured it was only a toaster. I was not familiar with the brand. Very uneven toasting. Even at lowest setting the bottom of toast is burned and top isn’t toasted. It’s also startlingly loud when it pops up. This Bella Pro Series is not for me.

Any setting greater than two burns bread black. Top setting will give you a solid Stone-Age hammer. Returned for refund even though I bought it as a $19.99 special from $49.99 it wasn’t worth keeping! Save your gas money returning it and don’t buy...

Bought two of these returned the first one stopped working. Got a replacement and same issue.don’t waste your time on this

Got this as a gift for a family member moving into their first house. The look fit well with the other shiny new things in the kitchen and they report being happy with how well It handles bagels!

For the price it’s a fine toaster, it is a little unpredictable though. Sometimes the same setting will burn something and other times it doesn’t.

Toasts well. I like the tray that slides out underneath for easy cleaning. Had a funny smell when I first used it, but that went away after a few uses.

Extremely uneven toasting: barely toasted on the bottom part of the slice of bread, too dark on the top, and this has happened a few times now. Unfortunately, Best Buy only allows 15 days for returns (it's now about a month since I purchased it) so I'm stuck with it. I'll probably donate it. Maybe someone will think it's better than nothing.

bread was brown on one side-white on the other.cannot return because of best buys lousy 15 day return policy.that alone will make me buy elsewhere in the future.

I purchased this toaster when it was on sale for 24.99. Overall solid toaster does what its suppose to do, but what really stood out was the dark metallic finish. Very eye appealing

Love this toaster and all the settings you can change it to. Barely even have to set it to just below 2 setting for the perfect toast.

I am able to utilize the multiple setting to toast my bread just the way I like it. Typically for toast only I like to have it very lite, but if using for a BLT I like it darker.

It's a toaster. It toasts bread. Congratulations, you're "good", you do your job. A toaster can't excel unless it loads it's own toast.

We dont make toast very often. We followed the first-time use directions for this and it worked fine. Tried to use it two weeks later and the lever won't stay down. Expensive for such low quality performance.
