The running dashes went on for 45 minutes. I thought it might still be cooking like other reviews say so I waited. After 45 min, the cook time came up, 12 min. So it took almost an hour to cook the rice. I gave two stars because the rice was well cooked but I can't have something that I never know how long it's going to take and takes more time than me cooking. Returning, and returning the one I bought for a gift.

Rice cooker had error message E3. Called customer service they couldn't anything about it. Can not reset. Rice cooker is no longer good. Used it only for 3 months.

Its more than just a rice cooker. I've been able to make hot cereals (oatmeal, farina...) in it as well as soups. I can probably do more than that but I just haven't tried it yet.

It’s good for a family of four and has different cook settings. The only thing that this cooker should have is to have removable inside top portion. It would be easier to clean after.

This is a great small kitchen appliance. You can cook up to 20 cups of rice at one time. You can cook soup and many other recipes. Everything i have cook in it has turned out fantastic.

Got this multi cooker mostly to use for rice but really enjoy the steam function as well. Can really make a meal in one pot with this and it’s so simple. A versatile tool that anyone can benefit from for their kitchen needs.

OMG I love this pot! I don't know what I haven't cooked in it! It's just awesome. It cooks slow, it cooks fast, it steams.... whew, chile!!! You gonna love this pot! Pro tip... wait 'til its for $30 to buy!!!!

This Bella Rice Cooker will be instrental in times of large group entertainment. Rice cooking will now be successful no matter how large the quantity. The price of the appliance was comparable to all similar brands.

Works good but the steaming tray is very thin plastic not metal. At the regular price of this item it rightfully should be metal not plastic. There wasn't even a single wire rack for steaming food either just the VERY cheap and VERY flimsy plastic tray to hold food. Spend your money at another store not Best Buy because this purchase I call my worst buy not my best buy.

I absolutely love this product. I caught it as the deal of the day and paid practically nothing for it. It does the job and makes my life easier.

Bought this item November 27 2022 today is August 10 2023 not working anymor broke already. The top cover won’t stay open if u want get injury put ur hand inside and the top cover will closed by it self while scooping rice inside! If u hav 0 star option I’ll put negative 1000 or better much if u dont put this in the market!

Missing the parts in the package but the price is very good I got it in the deal of the day for 50% the way it worked 50% parts are missing

Love It. It cooks brown rice to perfection. the slow cook option is awesome. grains like beans, chickpeas. cook to perfection without any monitoring. Its the perfect equipment for Single People.

We have had several rice cookers throughout and this one might not last as long. The rice bowl itself is thin and may not pass the test of time

I bought this Rice Cooker and the rice was super good, but after 5 month of using it an error code came on ( E3 ) and it never went off, i looked online and they said that this means that its overheated but it was off all day long and once we connected it at night, the same code was there, so i had to throw it in the garbage and buy a new one.

Purchase this in January for my sister. Excellent buy she loves it just prefect for making any rice. Also the price was cheap got it for $20. Highly recommended it.

I’m so happy to have finally gotten a rice cooker and it was on sale! I wish there were instructions but it’s fine. I had to watch YouTube videos

Always cook my rice, i bought it so cheaper than the regular price and i though that i will be using it only for 1 month but nope

I have not used mine as yet. However, I know a few people that have this brand/model and they all say it is great. I can't wait to try it out for myself.

I have had few rice cooker in the past and I had to change them due to 1. Door lock will break easy 2. Teflon coating will wear off. So far this one is good and doing its job.will see how long will last.
