I have done wings so many ways, fries, veggies, potatoes, chicken, fish, steak, I've cooked almost everything in here besides desert and rice. It's very handy for making small batches and with the heat of summer, not having to turn on a stove or oven, is a big plus. I took away some stars because I have a difficult time removing stuck on food particles from the basket. I usually soak in warm water and soap, but the stuck on food doesn't want to come off.

Love using to cook french fries or hot wings. Much easier to clean up and do not have to dispose of oil.
