Cheap product, no product support

Forget about getting any warranty service from Bella. I've had mine just over 2 weeks and the crisper plate surface start coming off and the manufacturer claims that this is not a warranty item. What a joke. You get no warranty for anything other than the heating element. Don't waist your money on this product.
