I can't Use This Air Fryer Because Of Their Recomm

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this brand of the air fryer because my Chefman Turbo broke in almost a year and a 1/2.But when I read the manual it recommends not leaving it the outlet when you're not using it, and not plugging it into an outlet with other devices plugged in it. I never had this recommendation with the Chefman,and this manual also says not to use aluminum foil or metal utensils to avoid electric shock, I never had this problem either with my Chefman,and I even asked a customer service agent at Chefman if was Ok to do these things and they said yes. I can't return this Bela air fryer,and Best Buy won't give me a refund. I haven't used it because I'm afraid to and I called and spoke to a customer service agent at the company and I asked her why do they recommend this and she said that's their recommendation . I called back the next day and I asked to speak to a supervisor but so far they haven't called me back since I called yesterday. I called my local eletric company and asked them if they knew if it is a safety fire hazard to plug in devices with other devices in the same outlet and they said I should speak to the company who makes it and ask them why they recommend doing this. I just had to order my old Chefman again.
