Disappointed- not BB standards! Pictures available

Item came WITHOUT any protective wrap with shipping label attached to box. The manual / cookbook was removed and there was sand and small hair in box with fryer which had plastic wrap present. In invoice included either. Seems like shipping issue.

Bad design

Second broken item to receive online

Opened the box and it was totally broken. The plastic was broken into large pieces just falling off the sides. I went to the store to return it, and they didn't sell any like this in the area so I couldn't exchange it and get the same deal, just got my money back.
