Purchased this product 4/21/2020 and already there’s screws coming out of the basket. I didn’t expect things like that to start happening 2 months after purchase. We hand wash all parts to keep it from getting warped in the dishwasher so I’m not sure what we did wrong that made it start falling apart so quickly.

We've had this for over 5 months and it still stinks like burning plastic when running. The food even comes out tasting like it smells. The user interface is horrible as you have to wait for it to cycle between temperature and time before you can change one of them. The beeper speaker in the unit is extremely loud so much so that it could be mistaken for a smoke alarm when cooking is complete. Pressing a button uses this same beeper so don't plan on using this machine if anyone in the house is sleeping. If for whatever reason, probably the price, you decide to buy this machine, buy the bigger one. 3.7qt is barely big enough for anything.

Didn’t work from the first time that I plugged it in, they wanted me to order a different one that was on sale before returning the one purchased. I was sent a link by text an when I clicked on the link there is additional items added to the link. Now you have to call to set up an appointment to return items an I did, I live over 20 miles away and they can’t fit me in for the day I’ll be in the area, they can’t even start the return without me going an waiting in line sitting in my vehicle. Just all in all a very bad experience and I still have a air fryer that hasn’t worked not once since the day it was delivered. Just very disappointed

This is my first ever air fryer and I am already liking it. Love it’s design with stainless steel finish and digital touchscreen panel. I never dreamed that I would use this air fryer for so many things. I've had the air fryer for only about a week and have used it almost every day. So far I have used it to make the chicken wings, french fries and breaded okra which came out perfect. All these took very little time to cook and the taste met all expectations. It takes a little trial and error to find the right amount of time for different foods, but I haven't had anything come out wrong so far. I'm still experimenting with different foods and temperatures. It is so simple to use and get perfect results every time, not to mention in a fraction of the cooking time and all without heating up a whole oven. It also has 60 minutes auto shut off timer which stops the air frying. I am extremely pleased with this air fryer and I recommend it to everyone.

Bought this back in April. Since Ive purchased it, I thought maybe I was using it incorrectly, but turns out I’ve been using it right all along. I’m finally fed up with it and I unfortunately don’t think that I can return it. The air fryer just turns off whenever it pleases when my food isn’t done cooking at all. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting that was recommended and still nothing. So annoyed. Lost out on almost $100. Never again.
