Dead in less that 3 months

If they don't honor the warranty, they I suggest not to buy this brand I had a Gourmia that lasted 3 years, only reason I replace it is because the tray got rusty

I don’t recommend it

It was a bit smaller and only thing was that the tray got chipped so I needed new one (learned on their website the company doesn’t provide the spare one). The model is discontinued unfortunately. Was hoping for the same experience. However, this one had a terrible chemical smell. Even the food was not edible because of it. I thought maybe with time it’ll improve thinking I have 30 days to return it...it was only 15 unfortunately. Wasn’t worth the money at all. Luckily I bought it on sale. It’s funny that earlier model was better made than this one. Anyway, do not recommend it and will definitely avoid this brand myself in the future. Thank you!
