I have not taken the time to use it yet. But I have high hopes for it.

The door doesn’t seem like it closes correctly so I wouldn’t recommend it

It’s my first air fryer but not really impressed, food only crisps on top

The jury is still out on this one but I can tell you that I'm not a fan so far. I don't know if it's my house or the machine but this thing keeps cutting off on me and doesn't seem to be working properly. Could be operator error but I'm pretty sure it's not. We'll see though but for now, it's a two star for me.

I bought for my sister, she says the knobs were confusing but Works fine

Very hard to close and got spoilt within 4 months of purchase

This products works as promised but I can’t get over the burnt plastic smell even after trying various tricks suggested on line. It’s currently on the garage waiting to be donated to someone who can tolerate the burnt plastic odor on their food.

It’s very fast cool great just not big enough for my family

The air fryer works fairly for the most part. You get what you pay for.

Works well but the numbers on both dials have worn off. Not good

Got it in one day .Box was a little banged up.Took out of box and noticed cord looked was all twisted up,the machine had lot of scratches on it.Looked as if it was a display or a return.Fan also had a funny sound .Will be returning it.Not sure why i got a used machine, maybe the cheap black friday price.

Not even a month old and numbers on dial have faded off very disappointed.

It was working perfectly but after 3 months it stopped at together.

Haven’t used it yet. Looking forward to though soon.

I very highly think Bestbuy sold me a used unit because upon opening the box there was already scratches on it but I didn't want to drive 40+ minutes to the store just to swap it for another, which is what I should've did. It literally gave out in less than 30 days of me using it, first time I ever owned an air fryer that broke that fast and yes I used all the right temperatures suggested in the booklet. And of course with their new dumb policy(Total Tech), there is no more 45 days returns like it used to be a year ago. I guess I'll have to save up all my money and hope a Ninja one goes on sale for Black Friday.

We returned the fryer as it was a duplicate gift so we never used it

Doesn't really work as it said it would. Probably a faulty air fryer.

Amazing but the letters in the top get blurry when you cleaning
