Worked great for two weeks and then it immediately just stopped working. Luckily there is a warranty... so we called customer service and there are sending us a label to return the item and then they will send us another.... unfortunately we probably won’t see it for a month or so...

This air fryer door doesn’t close. Had to exchange for a different one and still haven’t tried the new on i got. But since door doesn’t close, it doesn’t air fry anything.

It’s a decent product for its price. Bought it on thanksgiving.

We used the air fryer every day for about 3 weeks and it was great! Easy to use and it cooked everything perfectly. But, that was it. Now it cuts off after one minute of use and doesn't cook anything fully. Disappointing

I returned this item to purchase something better.

Honestly, I’ve tried multiple times to like this air fryer. I’ve had to visit the store multiple times to return/exchange this item due to so many things. First off, I would say STAY AWAY from this air fryer. Please. No exaggeration. Not even a full day of use and the dialer has “melted” off on. I can’t see the temperature or time anymore. Then I went to see if others are having the same issue, and sure enough there are. It cooks the food okay but you would have to keep shaking the tray/holder. Or else it won’t cook evenly. Just please avoid this if you can. And use the money towards a different one. Again, if you do purchase it, pray that you do not have to make 3 trips back to the store to return/exchange it.

Get a model with digital controls rather than this one. The time function is very difficult to manipulate with any degree of accuracy. I would return it but I failed to use the device for a couple of weeks after an impulse buy and my return date has passed.

I purchased two. The compartment on one won’t shut.

Worked well for two months then stopped unexpectedly. Also the temperature and timer numbers are simply painted on and rub off during regular cleaning.

Mother in law had it for 4 weeks and it broke. Smelt like burnt plastic and wouldn’t turn on. Complete waste of money and she had to go buy a new one.

This is a tough review to write as this is a minimalist air fryer. No real bells and whistles to talk about. Just two button one temp and one time so very easy to set. The time and temp take some playing with to get right as the time direction that came with it tend to be a little long. After shortening the times by about 10% thing came out better. The size of the fryer is good for 2-3 people serving 4 would be a bit of a stretch but doable. Clean up was easy and about as expected. The only real drawback that I have is the same as I have with a lot of air fryers, that is the rounds container. For the size a square one seem to provide better cooking space. All that being said this is a good product and like I said earlier just put in the time and temp and it works

Honestly sort of a low quality unit. The numbers for the time and temperature easily rub off, it’s on the smaller side, and mine was missing two screws when I got it. Not fully impressed with the quality of this air fryer.

I was not aware this items basket is made w teflon. When used for the first time i could smell teflon as it heated up. I will be returning this item. However I did place some raw potatoes and fried just the way i like my french fries. Does a good job!

Ordered this air fryer online (no problems). Received next day (packaging fine with no damage). The tray was not fully closed when first examined. Read instructions/directions and washed to prepare for use. Tried to insert tray several times, but it would not lock into place. I checked online for possible fixes and found that several others had the same problem. Appears to be a manufacturing defect. Returned to store and was issued a credit (no problem).

Nice air fryer. I got it for my basement bar. Want some nice, hot, super-NOT-healthy cheese sticks for the hockey game? How about some jalapeno poppers for half-time of college football? Maybe some french fries to go with burgers you are trying to recipe match with the food show your wife is watching? This is a solid choice. Not that any air-fryer is necessarily hard to operate but this analog option is as easy as it gets. Simple clean-up, small footprint... For a basic air fryer, I see no reason not to try this one out. In all, I would recommend it to a friend.

The Bella Pro Series - 4.2-qt. Analog Air Fryer - Matte Black was wonderful when we first used it. But after only a few uses the heating element does not work and I will need to return it. UGH
