It was ok when it worked. Returned this as it kept shutting down by itself and you couldn't use it. An air fryer that easily overheats.. Also, the style doesn't look modern. Bought it on sale so I thought it would be ok but it's not.

Purchased a week ago. Used once and now the door won’t close. Also the residue left on the air fryer is ridiculous. Tried washing multiple times. Very disappointed in this product.

Worked Great for two meals at 20 minutes each, then machine stopped working on third meal. The process was 10 minutes in from a 20 minute meal. Nob’s feel cheaply made.

Frying basket doesn't go all the way into the machine properly, frequently coming out..Hence returned the product,Also analog time setting is not ease.. otherwise its good

After using this 3 times it won't stay closed. Now ww set the instapot in front of it to hold the door closed. If you don't have an instapot pick a different fryer lol

I like the concept that it doesn't produce heat like the oven but I have tried it three different times and didn't like the final results. Glad I didn't spend a lot.

Works really nice from finctionality stand point and also looks good in matte black finish but not satisfied with the built quality. The plastic cover came apart within 2 weeks

Piece of crap burnt out almost immediately. Other than that, I liked it's size/functionality, but leaving it turned on for 10 minutes should not kill it.

The fryer was so faulty with the basket popping out all the time. Why this company would allow a product to go on the shelf in that condition I do not know.

Needed to purchase a new air fryer after about 4 months of use. You get what you pay for. After multiple times using all of the settings on the fryer started raiding away.

I love how big it is and the price but unfortunately only works well for just a month.

the basket does not stay in the cooker. past the return policy. lesson learned on buying a cheap item

Honestly, I thought air fryers were just mini ovens. I didn't see the point of them. Now, this Bella Pro air fryer is one of my most-used devices in my kitchen. Using the Bella Pro air fryer is very easy. You just set the temperature using the knob on the right. The temperatures range from 175 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, you set timer on the left. You can set anywhere from 1 to 60 minutes. Only two settings to worry about. The pan and tray are nonstick which are great. The tray is great for letting things crisp up, and I especially love that the oil drains to the bottom for things like fries. Crispy and less oil. Cleanup is made easier by the fact that you can just stick the the pan and tray in the dishwasher! You do have to realize though that air frying is not meant for slow cooking. I would say you should temper your expectations with cooking thick meats and ending up with raw centers. Also, 4.2 qt is smaller than you might expect. It is big enough for an individual or two meals but beyond that may be pushing it. Something that I wish the Bella Pro could do is have the handle detach with the basket/tray or some other easy way to remove the tray with food so that it leaves the drained oil behind. With this design, everything that drained falls with the food if you tip the pan. For foods that are a bit more delicate and cannot be picked up with tongs, you want to be able to tip the pan. Overall, I think this is a great buy. This is very easy to use. It conserves energy. It cooks food much faster. I use this nearly every day to warm up my food instead of a microwave. It's healthier than traditional frying. Worked very well for a few weeks. Bought it as a Christmas gift. It stopped working the second week of January. Going to try to return it but no guarantee they will take it back. Be wary

I purchased this the Bella Pro Series 4.2 Analog Air Fryer on 4/21/22. At first it seemed to work fine but now it has started to literally suck things up to the top and burns the item, it literally makes black rings on food you are cooking and starts to smoke and you smell the burning. It has been over 15 days (22 days). I'm worried about using it but can't return . So do not purchase this item, It actually needs to be recalled. Very dangerous.

Bella pro series air fryer product was received with missing part i.e. non stick crisping tray and later when tried to follow-up with bestbuy team for replacement, no adequate response and was transferring the call from one department to another and then disconnecting it with no conclusion. Now I have to go to store and look for replacement. Bad customer support..!!

works good but the screws came loose and the inside peeled the paint or whatever its coated with and rusted i have the warranty I'm gonna use it

large and difficult to store. There are other more comfortable and better quality alternatives. The door does not fit very well and the drawer is difficult to close.

We just opened it, have used it twice and for some reason, the sliding basket isn't closing all the way. Quality isn't the best.
