I bought this because it was on sale at a very good discount.... Unfortunately I returned it... The basket try no longer stayed inside.

My son's broke the second time he used it however was out of his return policy time,so it has never shut properly

very bad quality. The letters were erased from the board immediately, and after 5 months it did not turn on again.

Not good quality, this product dont lock after using few times. Returned it to store.

Bought three if these for Christmas presents. 2 of them stopped working by the end of January. The third has only been used once.

After 2 years with barely any use and still looks new, the air fryer stopped working. I was cooking and after about several mins while the food was still not done, the light and heat stopped. The only thing that works is the timer. DO NOT BUY THIS. There was no reason for it to stop working, we barely used it, the cord and unit still appear like they are new. Garbage unit.

After using twice the basket would not closed a light touch to the handle basket would pop open.

This is an amazingly easy to use. It is works just like my conventional oven, you set the temperature and then the time, and sit back and wait for you food to taste delicious. This is my first air fryer, and for myself and son this is the perfect size. It was quiet, I was surprised. I cooked a frozen pot pie, and it cooked in half the time. I was impressed with the flaky crust and I checked the internal temperature with my instant kitchen thermometer and internally it was up to a safe temperature. Best Buy had it on sale and I saved tons of money, and they delivered it right to my door. Much better than Amazon service. I am impressed by the complete process that Best Buy has down pat.

Don't buy!!! It stopped working after a month of use. I got the air fryer as a gift from my daughter and by the time I get it and it stopped heating up.... it was outside the return/ exchange window. I tried getting the issue fixed with the manufacturer but I just keep getting the run around. This gift has been a big headache. Well a month and half later, I just ended up buying the Ninja air fryer from another store.

I purchased this item less than 1 year ago in August 2021 and it stopped working in March 2022

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it quit on him in early February. Worthless. If you buy please invest in the best buy extra coverage because you will need it in order to be able to return and or replace. Now I'll have to call the manufacturer to see what they can do. Best Buy should do better at standing by products that they offer for sale in their stores. Sad I have to go through all of this.

This product was defective. The door would not close. Swapped out at BestBuy for another one.

There really isn’t much difference in air fryers in this price point. The thing I look the most for in this price range is whether it gets the job done. This air fryer does in fact get the job done. Here are some foods I have used so far with the unit. - Fries - Toasting bread - Fried yucca - Reheating breaded chicken tenders - Breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions - Reheating pizza - Baked sweet potato These foods all turned out very good. I had no issues with the function of the machine to accomplish the job. I have three different air fryer models. This is the only one that is analog. This is a pro/con of the machine. It makes it feel cheaper, which the price reflects so not necessarily a con. However, It might prove overtime to last longer than a capacitive touch layout. Time will prove. In conclusion, this air fryer will in fact air fry. It works. The function of the machine is excellent, and I have no gripes with it. $60 feels about right for the product and you will not be disappointed.

Basket does not close.....it weird did not see any broken part it just won't close

The air fryer worked okay the first time I used it. However, shortly after, I noticed oil leaking from the bottom of the basket.

It worked great for a month and half then started making odd sounds like the fan was dying then would rev back up to normal, did this occasionally. Now it won't turn on at all. Also, the ink that labels the temperature and time smeared off. Thankfully, we bought it on a black Friday sale so we basically just rented it for $1/ day before it died. Unfortunately the return period is only for 30 days as well.

Immediately on first use the basket refused to stay closed. Had to hold it shut till it had heated up a while. Used it less then 5 times and the thing now will turn off entirely after just a few minutes of use l. Doesnt heat or fry the food anymore either. Absolutely not worth 60$. I would barely expect this quality from a 20$ fryer. Will be returning the product for a different one first thing in the morning.

This is my second one and either the tray doesn’t snap in or it just stops working

It worked well for half month and then it keeps turning off in the middle. Sometimes it automatically turns on after turning off for 1 min, but most of the time i have to pull the basket out and insert it in again and again until my food is cooked. Waste of time and money.

When I opened the box, got it out, washed to use for the first time, I noticed the inside was scratched. You could tell it had been used. I took it back and the gentleman who helped me also agreed. If it had been returned it should have been sold as an open box item. Very disappointed! ☹️ This was the second time I had to return the same kind of Air Fryer. The first one wouldn't heat.
