We bought this Air Fryer on thanksgiving. But it was either defective piece or not working well. We tried to fry potato fingers and followed protocol given with the Fryer. But after 30 minutes the fingers were not even heated. Same with the other items. Later we returned it.

I picked up the first one, but the basket doesn't fit all the way back to the air fryer. Then I exchanged for the same model. After one month of purchase, I only used for about 5 times, the timer is not working properly. After turning to the time, it goes way pass on the left side of "off". I contacted Best Buy, but they only have 15-day return policy. Very disappointed with it.

The tray in bottom gotta be lifted out with your finger inserted in middle hole,, not even something that's long enough to be inserted and locked in to lift out safely what about something being to hot or grease in bottom of pan I'm guessing the person that has it just tilt and pour everything out at once including food and grease??

I have waited for couple months after getting it so as to honestly judge it's performance. It is NOT WORTH ANYTHING. THE MACHINE STOPPED WORKING AND MANUFACTURER SEEMS UNINTERESTED IN REPLACING IT UNDER WARRANTY. THIS IS JUNK. DO NOT BUY. IT BROKE DOWN IN 3 MONTHS WITH 2 YEAR WARRANTY.

Always can smell sent of plastic while using, whatever the temperature is.

Worked very well and held a fair amount of food. Burned out in 6 months.

Only used four times. Worked good the first couple of times. Now only heats for a few minutes. Have to let it cool down to work again for only a few minutes. The most I ever paid for a doorstop.

Zero star! After 1 month use the door does not close. Do not buy. Junk!

This looks good but the door does not fit properly, I returned this and got a different one at best buy .,

Good airfryer but I recommend getting insurance with this because my god this thing broke within a month.

This air fryer has knobs to control the temperature and time. Unfortunately in less then a month of owning the painted numbers are rubbing off. This will render the air fryer useless as there will be no way of knowing what temperature and what time you have set your food on. I do not recommend purchasing this item. Save your money and buy one with a digital control.

Bad product only works for a few months. if you buy get the warranty.

Broke after only 3 uses did not feel like doing the return process such a bummer!

Worked great for about five times then stopped heating correctly. Appliance would initially get hot then stop cooking unless you kept turning it off and back on. Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them several times with no response other than the automated one saying they would get right back with me. Would not recommend this brand at all.

The air fryer broke less than 15 days. It was great while it worked.

Died within 2 weeks. There was something defective and it kept throwing breakers in my house. It finally stopped working and I had to order a new one(different brand). I couldn't return it because I didn't keep the box, and for the "warranty" I had to pay for shipping, which cost more than the fryer.

Stopped working after the fifth use out of nowhere. The return and exchange date had just passed before it stopped working. The warranty company is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. Do not buy this product unless you want to waste three months of your life trying to call a warranty company that hangs up on you or doesn't pick up at all.

We purchased this air fryer on 11/27/20 and picked it up on 12/5/20. It worked great until it unexpectedly stopped working all together on 3/8/21. The unit acts like it has no power. Thankfully we bought the extended warranty, and Best Buy gave us a full refund. Avoid this air fryer if possible. The manufacturer has terrible customer support.

Works great except the door doesn’t latch after a few uses. Not sure why.

I used this fryer for every bit of 3 times. On the 3rd use it stopped working mid fry. The manufacturer is giving me a hard time to replace it within 6 months of purchasing. If you do purchase I highly suggest you buy the extended warranty because Best Buy will send you to Bella without it! No I’m-store swap out with this item buddy.
