Only used it for about 2 months before it stopped heating completely. The bottom never stayed in good to begin with, it would always randomly pop out so i would have to stand there to make sure it stayed in place . Going to contact the company to get it replaced.

Worked well while it lasted. Had to return as it stopped working within few uses.

I was so excited to use this air fryer. I had the 2 ct and the fan stop working after a couple months and I thought no big deal I’ll just get the bigger one. Right out of the box the fan wasn’t working. Guess I got a bad one, but now I don’t think I will buy this brand again.

I am very disappointed in my purchase. I bought this online as “new” and a family member had opened it and it had clearly been used already. I do not understand how you could resell a kitchen appliance especially during covid. This was a very disappointing purchase, I could not believe they would sell me a used air fryer.

This product is disappointing. My wife wanted an air fryer, and the price was good, so I bought it for her. Tried to use it to make popcorn, popcorn was all burnt, gave it a second try, used it for french-fries, no luck. I just returned it and bought a different brand of air fryer.

Im return this item but the bottom is very hard and i have problems with my hands

This air fryer was torn up before I could use it. the drawer would not shut.

Because of COVID I had to do more online shopping for Xmas. Well by the time I got it for Xmas, and tried using it for the 1st time (which didn't work because it was already broken apparently) my return time expired leaving me with a broken product I couldn't even get a refund for! Really disappointed..

It started out great but stopped working after a few weeks.

Stop working after 2 months. Just one week after the return period. Went to bestbuy store and they said they are not responsible for that. Contact Bella and didn't response back after two weeks. Called their service phone number and the sound quality is extreme bad can barely hear what they said.

I purchased this air fryer in January 2021 and three months later it no longer works. I contacted the store to see if there's anything they could do and they said no. I reached out to the manufacturer and am waiting to hear back. As of right now I would not recommend this air fryer to anyone.

I have used it a total of 4 times and the basket for the fryer no longer closes all the way. Also the lettering on the degrees and timer section is already starting to fade away. Overall I love the thought of an air fryer but pretty disappointed that it’s already falling apart in the first month.

It died after 10 months. Wish I had gotten the warranty.

Didn't work. Turned on for 20 mins the first time and then wouldn't turn back on for 3 hrs. Turned on again for 20secs top after that. Had to return after 1 day.

Very very disappointed. The handle was broke when i took it out of the box and it had finger prints on the silver part like it was a used item. The fryer its self was not a good quality product. You have to wait for the timer to turn off by its self. It doesnt have an on and off option.

Way too small. To put. A corn dog in you have to break off the stick.

I had to exchange this product twice due to product abnormalities.
