You ever read a book at the library and then tried to apply to life and find out the two don't combine well if you read The cookbook it comes along with this thing you'll understand why I use that analogy!

We have this for a month and now it is broken. I was using it to cook our food and in the middle of the cooking process it turned off and now it’s dead.

I used mine almost daily and was very happy. I purchased the airfryer February 13 2021 and 2 1/2 months later -dead! I just contacted the manufacturer this morning. We will see how they respond.

No stars . I returned it twice the first time the door wouldn’t stay close. The second time it wouldn’t power on. Best Buy will not let me return it. I’m not recommending this product to anyone.

Sadly it broke on the first use. The basket would not click in and the numbers on the dial’s were smeared and smeared even more when the air fryer was on. Thankfully Best Buy let me make an exchange.

Broke in less than 6 months. I barely used it a handful of times. Tried to contact manufacturer through email multiple times and got no response.

Stopped working after 8 months, and its been barely use, mainly used it for fries and it stopped working in the middle of making these.

I bought this as a Black Friday special. The tray would randomly fly out while cooking, the paint they used for the temp and timer started rubbing off, and totally died after about 20 uses.

Didnt work right of the box and BestBuy would not exchange cause it was outside of return period. I canceled my BestBuy card and threw it in the garbage. BestBuy and Bella sucks!

Only used this device twice before the test warped and I had to exchange it. Hopping the next one isn’t a lemon.

not use even 3months it is totally broken. And we take it back to store and they was ask us take it to Bella ask them to fix or change it.

My air fryer decide to In mid cook to Stop working out of no where & it won’t turn back on the timer works but the heating doesn't turn back on

Came missing parts, the door won't stay in the unit and doesn't sit flush when closed. Poor quality overall.

3 months of use and it stopped working. Checked the outlets, power cord and drawer just to make sure. Oh, and I can’t return it because it’s been more than 15 days. Great return policy.

This device works wonders. It keeps the great taste of frying but in about half the time. It has easy cleanup because of the design and the non-stick coating. The size is smaller so 2-3 people would be the capacity. You can get 4 smaller burgers in or 8 hot dogs. I tried link sausage, asparagus, burgers, sausage patties, frozen hash browns and quite a few other items; all came out very tasty. I rarely fry on the stove top since another feature is that once inside this cooker, you don’t have to worry about grease spattering on your stove top or on your clothes and countertop – that’s a very nice side effect. One other good thing I have found about having an air-fryer is that I use the air-fryer to cook my main course and the microwave is now free for me to use to heat up gravy, soup or canned vegetables etc.; at the same time. Cleanup is a breeze, I put the holder/pan and the ‘crisping tray’ in the sink add a little dish soap, fill about 2 inches and let it sit for a couple minutes; then just rinse off. The non-stick is a very nice surface which sheds food easily. I do have an earlier version of this Bella brand air-fryer. I have to say the manufacturer made some great improvements. My older model worked fine for a couple years now and still works great. However, here’s what I saw as improvements. The holder/pan was redesigned with a better non-stick coating and also the sides go straight down versus the old model where there was a bump-in to form a ledge for the crisper tray. The new crisper tray has ‘feet’ which hold it off the bottom. This change may seem minor but it makes cleaning easier and the tray goes in more smoothly. The dials for time and temperature were moved on top versus one was on the front before and it is easier to see both dials now. I use this air-fryer at least once a day. I’m loving my new cooker and highly recommend it.

I would not give it one star, I have had this just a little over 6 months, and maybe used it once to twice a month, and it died, ruined dinner, So do not waste your money.

I have been unable to try it. I called the 800 #, never got back to me. Went to the web address, was not operable. Plan to go back to Best Buy next week to talk to them.

Not a really good product, less than a year and I have to change it cuz it doesn't work anymore. I plug it on the outlet and it doesn't turn on.

don't waste your money I had mine 32 days and it don't heat anymore, I'm very unhappy ..plus the heat numbers and timers digits rubbed off, from wiping off with a paper towel!!

2 out of 3 purchased for Xmas gifts were defective Not worth going thru manufacturer for replacement outside 15 day best buy return window.
