Product stopped working, only had it for a month. This really sucks

Used once an broke tray keeps popping back out latch is not catching

no longer works stopped working in march2021 bought in Dec 2020

I used it twice and already broken, didn’t work the 3rd time.

Lasted one week before it broke. Would not recommend this product.

the door is not closed completely and it is very cheap quality.

It broke in one week, and the light went off the same day!!!!

It’s messing a part of the air fryer, I need to return.

I have exchanges it two times and it was worst ever.

I have used other air fryers and not cared for them. This air fryer is amazing. Not only is it easy to use and prepares food quickly, it leaves food crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I highly recommend this product.

I've never owned an air-fryer but I have to say this has to be the easiest thing to operate - EVER. Two controls - time and temp. Simply place your food in the basket, set the time/temp, and voila, a few minutes later and food is done. Fan is a little noisy during operation but the heat seems to remain in the unit. It has a nice matte, black finish that looks great and although the unit is big, it's lightweight and can easily be moved for storage when not in use. Clean up is super easy as the basket and tray can be placed directly in the sink. The non-stick surface really is "non-stick". Mine did not come with a recipe/instruction book (as indicated on the box) so I had to do internet searches for things to cook. I tried the Bella website and although they offer many recipes, you can't search for ones specifically for air-fryers. Overall a great product, easy to use, and easy to clean - all at a great price.

This is an excellent appliance. I bought it for my office break room use and it is very popular! So popular that many of my coworkers have gotten air-fryers for home. It is super easy to use and cooks well

I finally caved and bought an air fryer and I am SO glad I chose this one. It’s super easy to use and cooks everything to perfection in half the time. I was worried that the drawer wouldn’t hold a lot but boy was i wrong! I was able to fit a whole bag of fries in there! Another plus is that it’s super easy to clean. Just add this to your cart already. You won’t regret it!

I've tried multiple air fryers trying to get to one I would consider perfect for my typical foods. This is that air fryer!! I started with high temperatures bc of previous experiences and I overcooked my fries. My chicken was perfect, bacon was perfect of course with a little shake in between as suggested. Very easy to clean. I'm anxious to try more of the recipes in the book. However as fow now I have my favorites. When I say perfect cooking I mean it has the right amount of crisp without being dry.

This is a good air fryer if you are cooking for one person or else you will have to cook 2-3 times in order to feed a family of 4. 4quarts is not large enough and the amount of time to fully fry chicken is longer than 10 minutes when you can do a regular fry in 7 minutes. Overall, air frying is the way to go. I love that the food does not come out greasy and it tastes just a good as it being fried with oil. Again the small appliance is good for dorm use or one person cooking, not for a family.
