Door came out defective and does not close. Returning product!

Would not recommend. The door keeps popping out and will not stay closed. This was purchased less than a week ago :(

Do not buy!! After first use the door would not close. After the third use I completely died . It’s sucks!

Bought around black friday of this year that keeps on giving.. and got this lovely "sarcasm" unit. In all seriousness i got it for my wife for xmas and am thankful i let her have it early in hopes of being healthier. Within 3 weeks it stopped heating up properly, if at all it goes off after just a few minutes and takes multiple tries to get the food to even half cook. The numbers on the dial although we barely used it already have started to disappear completely and smudge off. Was given label and full refund.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my sister. I used it ONE time and attempting to use it a second time the drawer did not want to close at all. I tried numerous time and nothing I brought if back to Best Buy and there were 3 people already on line returning this same product. I asked them what was wrong with their fryer and same thing as me drawer did not close. I notice the staff saying to each other another one being returned. This product need to removed permanently. This brand is no good.

The air fryer didn’t work out of the box. The basket didn’t lock into place there for the rendering the machine useless.

Literally took it out of the box, and the basket won't close. Will be taking back.

Don’t waste your money on this! Got the first one and loved it for about a week then just stopped working, it would not turn on. We exchanged it for another one and 3 days after use, the drawer will not go in all the way so it does not work again for a different reason. Returned in time for a full refund but will not buy this brand ever again! Buyer beware this is made poorly!

So i purchased this for a gift super excited when i got it delivered the box had best buy tape all over it . It made it look like a return. I looked at the description doesn't say anything that it was a open item. So check what you buy. It may not be brand new

Heating doesn’t work! Hopefully I can get one that works or at least some sort of store credit, I’m really upset! First round of fries were cold and soggy, seeing as how the heat was only on for 30 seconds. Went to try fried pickles and they never even got warm, heat was only on for 5 seconds. Wish me luck as I try to get another one! It was a gift too :(

It was great until it failed after 4 months since Christmas 2020

I bought this product a month ago.. 30 days later it stopped working . it did not heat up.. I tried to return it and they only give you 15 days to do so.. I tried calling the store and i've been on hold for over an hour... very disappointed with Best buy..

You buy a new product(sarcasm) you expect it to have a manual with!! then you call the store where you got it and after 25 mins. waiting for someone to answer the phone not very happy customer!!

Worked well when it did. Ceased operation after 6 uses. Very light, mild use. Total cost of operation: roughly 5 dollars per use before breaking. Will no longer power on at all.

DO NOT BUY THIS AIR FRYER!!! It stopped working after only a couple months. The numbers on the top rubbed off when I cleaned it with just a wet towel. It constantly kept turning off whenever I used it.

Trash, broken after 8 months' use! Absolutely won't recommend to anyone! Don't buy it if you wanna keep it!

I am on my 2nd one and this one is just as bad! THE DRAWER WILL NOT STAY CLOSED!! And of course it turns off as soon as drawer pops open.

After the first use the door would not shut properly unless I slam it shut... Horrible product.

Gets hot but isn’t cooking food like it’s supposed to. Heat button keeps going off
