I purchased this Air Fryer over the Holiday and I am enjoying it. The French fries and Inion rings are crunchy just they way I like it!

It’s solid for the price, you just have to get used to it. The numbers rub off easily I say easily, but it happened as soon as I opened the package. I don’t like that. At all.

I was so excited when I first received this air fryer. I literally cooked in it three times before the drawer decided not to want to lock anymore. It was gently pushed in each time but now it just pops open preventing it from working. I failed to read the other reviews that mentioned this flaw. If I had, I most definitely would never have purchased this. I recommend spending a little more and investing in a better air fryer.

Stopped working after only couple of months and Best Buy wouldn’t replace it for manufacturer warranty.

Defective product. Door would not close after first use. Returning at Best Buy.

Overview—Not long ago I wasn’t an air fryer user. Now I can’t stop trying to fry various items in them to see what works and what doesn’t. The Bella works extremely well in that regard. The non stock pan makes cleanup a breeze as well. During these pre-black Friday deals, I’ve noticed the Bella pro series drop a significant amount making it one of the cheapest air fryers I’d recommend. Instructions with this unit are a little over the top due to the lack of any other buttons/knobs on the unit. In this case there is only a timer and a temperature knob, nothing else. It makes for a very simple unit to operate. But besides care/maintenance, usage, and warranty details the Bella includes several simple to follow recipes including a fairly simple pastry dish (I haven’t tried making it). Compared to other similar products, the Bella outshines them in this area. Pros— Ease of use Easy clean up Lots of space Premium like stainless (only time will tell here) Cons— Exterior could consist of a better construction as it feels like a hard pvc plastic My particular unit doesn’t line up correctly between basket and exterior (images attached) Over all appearance seems a little cheap Conclusion—the Bella pro series is a great choice for anyone that is new to air fryers or anyone that doesn’t mind a cheaper appearance from their countertop appliance. Possibly a perfect choice for the travel trailers or RV owners. The minor issue (separation/gap) in my unit isn’t enough to sway me from not recommending it as it fits and locks securely in place. It’s quite possibly an issue during assembly with this unit.

This was my first airfryer and I wish I didn't purchase this specific brand. The labels for time and temperature starting rubbing off after the first use. After 6 months of use, it just stopped turning on. I've tried everything from resetting the settings to trying different outlets. When I looked up trouble shooting I found that this airfryer's power sorce tends to just stop working. Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra money on a better brand like Cosori. Trust me. This airfryer purchase will end in heartbreak.

The air fryer we loved at first. But after using since Christmas, the basket is warped and doesn’t fit well.

Received on Oct 3rd now on November 4th stopped working very disappointed used about 12 times Checking on warranty to late to return

The air fryer came broken at the back. I'm not able to get through to customer service to rectify this issue. I have used one same brand and size and it was good, which is why I bought it.

This air fryer really makes it easy to cook on the fly. I have used air fryers before, but this once takes the cake in terms of easiness. Cooking several meals for a family of 4 with busy schedules is a breeze as the fryer's dual knob design really helps keep meals quick and accurate when cooking. One knob is temp and the other is the timer. Its literally THAT easy. Pop out the grate when done and wash up and you're set for next time. I would highly recommend this as its the easiest air fryer to set up, use, clean, rinse and repeat!

Bought this item and it was wonderful for about the first month. I used it for about 10 times but after that it started malfunctioning, then it stop turning on at all. Very disappointed. It is sitting on my table andIt looks brand new.

Have had for a week and the numbers are already coming off the air fryer how cheap...

Purchased this air fryer two weeks ago, and just picked it up at the store today only to find out that it has multiple scratches on the surface all around the product along with some oil residue left in the pan. So much for a "new" product.
