Bella is the best brand for air fryers!!! We use our air fryer 4 days a week or more. We love it!

Purchased this item on Christmas and had to return it due to a faulty door. After exchanging it for another one, I experienced the same problem, (door will not shut), so I returned it and exchanged it for another brand.

This rating is not for this item but for air fryers in general. Where have you been all my life? You make prep wonderful.

I brought this air fryer as my first. When I first got it about a month and a half ago, it worked fine. Then all of a sudden, the fryer basket drawer wouldn't close. I called Best Buy customer service and after talking with the representative, I was shipped a replacement so that I could return the damaged on. The replacement product I received kept cutting off about 2 minutes into the cooking process so I had to drive about 45 minutes to the nearest store to do another exchange. I exchanged the product and took it out of the box when I got home and the 3rd exchanged air fryer fryer basket would not close and even though it was in the box, the product felt sticky as if it had been used (almost like someone had exchanged the product and the staff boxed it up with the defect and put it out on the floor for sale). I went to the store this time and asked for my money back and decided to test another brand of air fryer. I believe that if quality assurance had been conducted on the products, the product may have been good and I may have been a Bella customer. Now, I'm just not sure about the Bella brand.
