I don't know if it's my house or the machine but this thing keeps cutting off on me and doesn't seem to be working properly. Could be operator error but I'm pretty sure it's not. We'll see though but for now, it's a two star for me.

It’s currently on the garage waiting to be donated to someone who can tolerate the burnt plastic odor on their food.

Broke after two weeks

Luckily there is a warranty... so we called customer service and there are sending us a label to return the item and then they will send us another.... unfortunately we probably won’t see it for a month or so...
