The controls could be better-it is difficult to set the timer for a specific time period-I tend to use a separate timer for accuracy. The temperature control knob is also not very accurate-a digital screen would be better.

Nice machine but unclear instructions

However, it's unclear how to stop the timer once it's activated. If you want to stop it earlier than the recommended time for the food in it, it's hard to turn the timer control backwards.
