    We were excited to finally have crispy, evenly cooked foods using an air fryer, as it seemed everyone else had one but us. We have used this device twice now, once for frozen chicken breasts and the other frozen vegetables. Unfortunately, neither dish were truly "crispy" as advertised, although was fully cooked. Based on numerous 5 star reviews all claiming to get crispy foods every time, following the included instructions to a T didn't get us those same results. Not only that, but we have even tried cooking for 5-10 minutes LONGER than suggested, but still not crispy. I've already reached out to Bella CS and they seemed disinterested, simply stating to return if we don't like. With all that said, we will be returning this unit and instead purchasing another brand. Since both attempts to get "crispy" foods failed, despite adding cooking time and getting fully cooked food, it's apparent there's nothing wrong with the unit, just doesn't provide the results as advertised and reviewed by other consumers. We certainly wouldn't recommend this unit, regardless of affordable price point. Instead, will look for an air fryer that "actually" does what it's advertised to do, replicating crispy results of deep fryer.
