Used the fryer a dozen times. A month later the fan started making a loud grinding noise and will probably fail soon. Of course the return period is only 15 days. That's my third and final purchase of a Bella product. It's just not worth it even at 80% off.

Had it for 8 months and it stopped working. Just like that randomly. Additionally, the screen was kind of a hassle to use as you had to push one button repeatedly to change the setting, time, and temp.

Very good product. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Color is also nice.

Bought to replace much older Air Fryer. Cook times are greatly reduced with new machine. Caution needed so as not to burn or over cook foods in the new machine.

Item would not power on after 19 months, seeking warranty refund.

This one doesn't work too well. Everything comes out dry even though I sprayed with oil

This is my 4th air fryer and it is notably the worst. It operates ok but is a nightmare to clean. Foods adhere to it like concrete. Coating with oil etc does not help. My last two air fryers were Kaloriks. 100% better. I’m going back.

The product was defective and would not recognize that the tray was closed. I have another one that works ok, and it's nothing particularly amazing. However, given that I ran into this reliability issue, I can't vouch for the quality of this product.

Not what is pictured. The one I got had a dial at the top and a dial in front. The top temp dial was in 25 degree increments and the time dial in front was in 10 minute increments. I returned it and got one with more precise time and temp options that was digital.
