Worked great but after a year literally one month after a year the heat damages the inside plastic to handle

The first one I bought only worked 1 time and would not turn on again, I went to the store , returned and got another one. Same thing happened, it stopped working after 1 try.

I like it alot. I save a lot of money on my electric bill. I love not not using the stove. I reccomend anyone looking for an air fryer

Works great. Bought this for the digital features. Already had another brand with dials too hard to turn and set. Love this one.

Bella makes particularly good to great kitchen products, and I am pleased to say I own a variety of them. That said, the bar was high for the 4.2qt cooker, and it performed with “frying” colors. Taking the cooker out of the box, the first thing I noticed was its weight is lighter than anticipated. Being lighter than others I have used; it is sturdy yet easier to move around when needed. This is especially helpful to those who have reached the more senior levels of life. Being lighter in weight does not mean the cooker is a “lightweight.” It offers the multitude of tasks that are common on most: fry, bake, broil, roast, and reheat. The controls are displayed on a large touchscreen with eight cooking presets. Temperature settings range from 170-400 degrees. Temperature and time are easily adjusted up/down as needed for cooking. I did occasionally find the touchscreen needed a couple of taps before responding, but that had no adverse effect on cooking performance. When you have cook time and temperature set, there a no worries about preheating. The 1500-Watt system heats very quickly. So, if you have not already done it, don’t lag on putting in the cooking basket with the food (up to 3.6 pounds). Usually, the first thing I do to try out an air fryer is how well it cooks French fries. If it performs well with fries, it’s a great start. This time I started with pork tenderloin chops. Using the Bella manual (included), I set the fry function to the recommended temp/time and put my trust in the cooker. When the cooker finished only minutes later, the loin chops were perfectly cooked: brown on the outside and done to 166 degrees inside. The next day cooking fries, they came out slightly overcooked. However, I must confess that was the result of user error. Cooking thin fries requires adjusting cook time, and I know that. I failed, not Bella. Otherwise, those fries would have been perfect. The only thing that seems to be missing from an otherwise great cooker, is a “shake” or “turnover” reminder when cooking has reached a certain point in time. Not a deal breaker, just information. This cooker is another quality product from Bella!

Bought for my 91 year old mother 6/28/24. Only used a few times and now quit working. Not even 30 days! Of course stopped after the short return window.

Nice price and easily picked up curbside. I bought it as a gift for my nephew, and if he loves it….then so do I.

As with most air fryers, setup is easy. Even though I didn’t see it in the instructions, I ran it for a cycle with no food to burn off the plastic smell. Inside the basket, I was surprised to see how little space is between the tray and the bottom of the basket. To my surprise, the bottoms of my items were perfectly cooked as long as there was adequate air flow into that space. I tried some potato products and chicken nuggets in small batches without flipping them halfway through. The bottoms were just as crispy and brown as the tops of the items. It probably helps that it sounds like there is a powerful fan inside. Even though it sounds strong, it is surprisingly quieter than any air fryer I have owned so far. Heating time is fast. I was able to use air frying cooking instructions on the packages without any preheating. With the nonstick surface inside, cleanup is simple. The instructions say that the basket and tray are top-rack dishwasher safe. I am a little nervous about putting the basket in the dishwasher with its stainless finish on the front just because I don’t want to ruin the nice finish. I only found two minor things I do not like. First, the stainless finish easily smudges. It looks nice when it’s not smudged. But I’m not sure how challenging it will be to keep it clean. Second, the touchscreen display is not completely intuitive because there is no way to tell which items are buttons vs indicators. When the display lights up, it looks like all of the items are buttons. Instead, a menu button scrolls through each of the functions. Time and temperature are still simple to set with independent controls and fast scrolling if the buttons are held. When ready, just press start. When the timer hits zero, the unit automatically turns off. At the end of the day, I am happy with the functionality and definitely happy with the cooking results. I would recommend it.

Roadie and BB had the worst customer service ever. Roadie didn't make attempts to deliver and BB didn't process the refund for more than a month. Called and contact online four times without any useful progress. This is the worst experience I had never shop on BB.com again.

This is my second Pro Series Bella air fryer and it is outstanding. The unit came well packaged and was simple to get up and running. The fryer is a combination of mat black and stainless steel and is a very good-looking appliance. On the front of the unit is a digital control panel that has different cooking and warming options as well as buttons to change the temperature and cooking time. The fryer is very easy to operate and comes with a detailed manual which includes some recipes. The basket is square and measures 7.75 X 7.75. I use a silicone basket in my air fryers which makes clean up very easy. Per the instructions I washed the basket and crisping tray and then ran the fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes to eliminate any odors that might be produced. I like to make chicken tenders and fries and after preheating for 5 minutes I cooked them as directed and they came out perfect. The fryer is a 4.2 quart and is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people and probably would work for more. A couple of things I really like is that the timer counts down in seconds instead of 1-minute increments that my other Bella does. Also, the power button blinks when it shuts off to remind you to unplug the fryer. One feature that my other fryer has that I wished this one had is if you set the timer for the full cooking time it rings half way through the cooking cycle to let you know to rotate or shake the food. This isn’t a big deal as I just set the cooking time for half of the recommended time and shake the contents and reset it for the balance of the cooking time. I really noticed that the fryer does not get hot on the outside or bottom. This is an excellent air fryer and does a great job of cooking the food without having to heat up an oven. Bella makes outstanding products and this is certainly one of them. I would highly recommend this air fryer especially for the price.

Bought the Air Fryer for my 22yr old daughter and she loves it. She has the blue one and absolutely loves it!

Just Crossing my fingers that the air fryer doesn’t end up getting some kind of a recall like others have.

This air frier is excellent. Love that I don’t have to fry with oil. So much healthier and very tasty!

Air fryer broke down in the first week of purchase, make noise or fan stop work

Just another kitchen gadget. Work well but not a time saver . In order to remember to use ithasgot to stay on kitchen counter.

Absolutely enjoying my first air fryer. I don't know why i didn't purchased one sooner!

It stopped working after the 2nd use the fan started making a strange noise and now it doesn’t even heat up.

I like it because it’s touch screen and it goes with my diver appliances in the kitchen

Didn’t use it yet but definitely on my way to preparing some awesome healthy meals!
