Once for some battered fish and again for spicey chicken fingers. Simple beer batter and fish, then cracker crumbs, spicy mix, and chicken strips. Was fantastic! Easy to program and cooked perfectly. Cleanup was simple. Gonna plan on frying okra and zucchini fries next week. Controls were pretty intuitive. My wife loves the stainless steel look. It matches all our other top tier kitchen appliances. This really feels like it’s built to last. The construction is solid, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. I see this lasting several years with thorough cleanings and proper storage. It’s a good investment piece. I’ve had good experiences with this brand in the past. That positive streak continues. I can see this air fryer being used for steaks, chicken breasts, Cornish hens, fish fillets, and so many other culinary delights. Even better, it’s healthier than frying in oils or lard. Tastes great AND healthy! That’s a long term win in anyones book!
