VERY simple to operate. you literally set the temperature and the time and that's it. The first delicacy we enjoyed was parmesan crusted mahi mahi. It was SO delicious. Came out crispy, yet moist (and my husband doesn't typically like fish). Do yourself a f-lavor and get this!
