great while it worked, broke after 6 months

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as my first air fryer I didn't think I would use an air fryer much so I bought an inexpensive one It heats up food really well, like fries, toast, pizza, etc Heated up quick and got my food crispy and delicious About 3 months of use, I noticed that the knob was acting up a bit where I couldn't turn it on and off easily but still worked After about 6 months, the timer knob stopped turning it on and would just keep twisting like it no longer has grip on the metal shaft I tried to pop the knob off to see if I can fix it, but can't I tried to lookup a manufacturer phone or anything but didn't find anything either Probably a bad design, for one, but the fact that there's no info on getting a warranty repair means this is a high risk Won't buy this brand again

Didn’t work out of the box

Tried to exchange and it was 4 days outside the 14 day return window so Best Buy denied it. And now almost 2 weeks waiting on the manufacturer to get back to me. Will not buy again with only a 14 day RMA period with Best Buy.

WORST PURCHASE EVER!!!!

Definitely taking back for store credit bc it’s a joke waiting to happen that’s not funny.
