IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM. IT COOKS FOOD IN HALF THE TIME AS THE OLD WAY. I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS AIR FRYER TO ANY ONE. I AM 88 YEARS OLD AND I WISHED HAD BOUGHT ONE SOONER. WHAT A TIME SAVER.

Not reliable, but refund is on the way -hopefully.

Right out the box the manual timer most of the time does not tick down to 0 and chime. It arbitrarily stops at around 6 minutes and the fryer power and fan shuts off which means that you cannot not leave the fryer alone to reliably cook for the designated time. You would have to add more minutes beyond the 6 minutes mark to get the unit to turn back on (since you cannot force the timer to 0) and babysit the unit. Happened many times. Bella warranty appears to be responsive so far. Bella required that I send a photo of receipt, back label on fryer, and video of problem. Also, you have to cut the cord to remove the fryer out of service and take a pic of that before they will proceed with refund. They say they will provide full refund and check is in the mail and expects up to 4 weeks. Have not received refund yet.

Love not messing/heating up the kitchen and the Speed in which these delicious meals are Made!!! and...its healthier to boot:-)
